Our Mission
Sponsor-A-Basket aims to raise funds for the local food banks that feed people who have been hit with food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lexington Sponsor-A-Basket division is supported and supervised under CAAL and it is a partner with Anshul and Ayush, the original founders of Sponsor-A-Basket. We will source the funds from people who are able to donate and supply them to the food banks of Lexington via a gofundme campaign. The donation Link was https://gf.me/u/yia5bu. All the funds will be used to purchase food basket. Each basket will cost $14. We will donate Baked Beans, Pineapple Chunks, Beans, Cereal, Pasta Sauce, Rice, and Soup to the local food pantry, which includes so far the Burlington, Lexington, Tewksbury, Arlington, Wilmington, and Bedford food pantries.
